We collect as little as we can, use it only to answer you, and never sell it. This page explains what that means in practice.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive what you type into the form:

• your name, email address and phone number;
• the estate you are interested in, if you choose one;
• anything you write in the message.

If you call, email or message us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

Only to respond to you: to answer your questions, share documentation you ask for, and arrange a site visit. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who sees it

The Sthira team who handle enquiries, and the service that delivers the form to us. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we share them with no one else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in conversation with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick the thread back up if you return. If you become a landowner with us, the records of your holding are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to namaste@sthira.in and we will reply within a reasonable time. You can also raise a concern with us at the same address.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
