What "managed land" actually means

You own it; we look after it. A clear explanation of managed land holdings — what you hold, what we do, and what you receive along the way.

Representative imagery.

“Managed land” is a phrase that gets used loosely. Before anyone invests with us, we want them to know exactly what it means here — what you own, what we do, and what you receive along the way.

You hold the title

This is the part that matters most, so it comes first. When you own a Sthira holding, you hold clear, registered title to the land. It is yours, in your name, on the record.

Managed does not mean shared ownership of a scheme or a promise of future land. It means land you own, looked after on your behalf.

What we take care of

Owning land well takes time, local knowledge and steady attention — the things most owners who live in a city cannot give it every week. So we do that work for you:

  • Survey and legal work — identification, diligence and the legal foundation, completed before you buy.
  • Planning — water access, planting and roads, laid out with agronomists.
  • Ongoing management — the day-to-day work of farm or estate operations.

The goal is simple: ownership that does not require your daily involvement, without ever taking the land out of your hands.

What you receive

We would rather you never have to chase us for an update. Owners receive:

  • Quarterly progress reports on their holding;
  • photographs of the land and the work being done on it;
  • real data — what has been planted, what is growing, what has changed.

They treat it like it’s their land too.

Your land, your pace

Some owners want to be involved in every decision. Others want a report four times a year and a walk on the land when they visit. Both are fine.

And there is always a clear path to full handover. If and when you want to take over the running of your land yourself, we plan that transition with you, on your timeline.

Visiting is part of it

Managed does not mean hands-off. We encourage every owner — and everyone considering becoming one — to walk the land in person. Site visits are part of how we work.
